MEET YOUR COACH
Let’s rewind 5 years to a time where I was a completely different man and nowhere near the man I am today.
I found myself in environments where I did not feel inspired, amongst company that was not pushing me to elevate and found myself looking in mirrors, disappointed in what I saw looking back at me; feeling like I had no purpose. Itook my foot off the gas and I paid for it big time.
After years of continued hard work on my sport at the time (basketball) and developing my physique, I put it all on the back burner for the sake of my business. With the extra time I “bought back” I started to apply to my business, don’t get me wrong at the start I saw a good return for my efforts but it quickly came to a halt. I found myself easily distracted, low in drive and not the version of myself I wanted to be known for.
Something had to change…
I looked at the two areas of my life that I wanted to excel in and got someone in each corner. A mentor for business and a coach for my own transformation. I quickly started to see all the things I did not know, I realised I got so comfortable with what I already knew and subconsciously ended up putting a ceiling on my own growth.
First 4 weeks I felt way more energised, enthusiastic and driven.
The next 4 weeks those around me started making comments on the change they could see. The next 4 weeks I started to see the visual transformation I was achieving not only in my body but my character as a man also. This personal part of my life is why I am on the mission to help those who know they can achieve more, those who do not want to settle with where they are or what they have achieved in the past.

Our signature programme has a minimum commitment of 6 months for 2 main reasons:
We hold ourselves to getting a world-class result and this is just simply not possible in less time than this.
Secondly, we are all humans and we do not set the expectation of perfection as nice as it would be. With 6 months this allows you to fully develop within the program without feeling rushed through the process.

To get the best results on our programme a gym membership will be required. Although some of the results you have seen above date back to a time we were all in lockdown and had no access to gyms.

After being a t PT for 6.5 years and a Coach for 2.5 years there is a big difference in quality of result, speed of result and frequency of result. We have been able to achieve far more results around the world in a third of the time.
Achieving life change results that extend further than two side by side photos by focusing on the full 24hrs and not just the 60 mins spent in the gym.

We have a very through onboarding ensuring we have everything we need to get the most out of you and ensuring you have full clarity and satisfaction so you can get the most out of us.
Every program is customised personally for you down to the letter.

We set an expectation of being able to dedicate 3 hours in the gym per week. Outside of this we focus on the other 165hrs of the week that has the biggest impact on the success of your results.

Absolutely, without nutritional support you will not see the results you desire. We adopt our approach to each member depending on experience, current eating habits, desired goals and what they are willing to commit to.

I wouldn’t, so I wouldn’t expect you too. The meals you make are as good as the hands that cook them. For results we aim to keep meals simple to begin with as we first learn how your body responds to food and iron out any deficiencies. Thereafter as we move through our 4 phases you will start to explore more with food.
